Mercantil Commerce Bank is seeking an Implementation Specialist I for Treasury Management to ensure smooth deployment of treasury products and client success. You will lead client-specific project plans, coordinate with IT and Operations, and monitor progress with internal teams and Account Managers.

The role requires 2+ years in implementation or project management, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 2+ years experience in implementation, project management, sales or portfolio management required.
• Payment experience (ACH, wires, electronic banking, lockbox, transmissions, etc.) preferred.
• Commercial and/or Treasury experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop client by client project plans to meet commitments in their service level agreement plans.
• Create defined project plans that match the client’s overall objectives and goals to deliver on-time and under budget implementations by working with internal teams including IT and Operations.
• Perform requirement gathering, documentation, communication, and recurring meetings to meet program goals as required by product and implementation type.
• Proactively coordinate multiple resources to ensure clients’ objectives are met.
