McKinsey & Company is seeking an APS implementation specialist to design and deliver advanced planning solutions for clients across industries. You will work with solution architects to translate requirements into functional designs and configure APS platforms to solve complex supply-chain problems.
You will collaborate with McKinsey’s internal product teams and external providers to shape roadmaps and ensure data integrity, testing, and effective issue resolution across regions and sectors.

The salary range for new joiners in this role in the United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, is $140,000–$144,200 USD gross per year. This reflects the best estimate of the lowest to highest figure for this role at the time of posting, ensuring a clear picture from the start. Factors such as your office location, experience, and skills, start date, and current organizational needs may affect the final figure. Some roles are eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey’s discretion and based on performance.
