This is a highly customer-facing role with extensive travel, hands‑on physician support, and close partnership across Customer Success, Operations, and client teams.

About the role

iScribeHealth is looking for an Implementation and Adoption Specialist to help healthcare professionals successfully implement, adopt, and continue using our product with confidence.

From the moment a contract is signed through implementation and beyond, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This role partners closely with Customer Success, Operations, and other areas of the business to support a smooth implementation experience, deliver effective end‑user training, and help practices integrate iScribeHealth into their day‑to‑day workflows.

This is a highly customer‑facing role. You will provide training, guidance, and hands‑on support to physicians and healthcare teams, especially during go‑live. The right person is comfortable being onsite with clients, walking the halls during clinic visits, answering questions in real time, and helping providers build consistent usage habits.

This role travels approximately 90% of the time, with the expectation of being on the road 3 to 4 weeks per month. Travel is primarily overnight and includes frequent air travel across the United States and multiple‑night hotel stays.

  • Develop, update, and enhance training programs and materials as the product evolves
  • Work with clients to schedule training sessions that align with their operational needs
  • Coach clients on best practices to maximize product value within their workflow
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to address challenges and optimize product utilization

Implementation and adoption

  • Support clients during go‑live week by visiting multiple sites and assisting healthcare providers with setup and configuration
  • Provide hands‑on demonstrations to show product usage and key workflows
  • Actively engage with physicians during clinic visits to encourage consistent product use
  • Provide hands‑on support to help physicians overcome adoption challenges
  • Monitor end‑user adoption rates and identify areas where additional support may be needed
  • Provide feedback and **escalate** issues as needed

Relationship building

  • Build strong, professional client relationships that support long‑term partnerships
  • Act as the client champion during implementation and go‑live phases
  • Ensure client needs are heard, concerns are addressed, and implementation stays on track
  • Partner with leadership to support client retention and long‑term success with iScribeHealth services

Extensive travel and onsite presence

  • Travel frequently to client sites across the United States
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence for effective face‑to‑face engagement
  • Represent iScribeHealth professionally in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments
  • Adapt quickly to different clinical settings, client needs, and implementation timelines

  • Comfort with a dynamic work environment and extensive travel
  • Professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in customer‑facing settings
  • Ability to build trust with physicians, healthcare teams, and client stakeholders
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to provide calm, hands‑on support during implementation
Where You’ll Make an Impact
  • In‑person and virtual training environments
  • Classroom‑style physician training sessions
  • Client workflow coaching and product adoption support
