THE ROLE
The Lending Compliance Implementation Specialist is responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Ncontracts clients that have purchased our analytical, redlining, and transmittal tools for CRA, HMDA, and 1071. The Implementation Specialist executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, closely collaborates with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion, and provides consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients’ business requirements.
A successful Lending Compliance Implementation Specialist will demonstrate a dedicated focus on clients, establishing immediate rapport and connection, quickly understanding clients’ needs, and tactfully addressing challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize Ncontracts to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction, and ultimately retention.

Compensation Information
Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
