ADP is seeking an Insurance Implementation Specialist to manage client onboarding and the transition to Client Service. You will review policy and client data, set expectations, and ensure a smooth handoff while maintaining professional client relationships.
You will collaborate with sales and client services, handle multiple time-sensitive tasks, and adapt to seasonal workloads. A strong customer-focus and clear communication are essential in this role.
As an Insurance Implementation Specialist you will be the client's first point of contact post sale, managing the implementation process from the sale through the transition to Client Service. Ensures the establishment of a positive relationship with the client. Performs a thorough review of the policy and client's information and sets client expectations to ensure the successful transition of the clients to the Client Service Team.
You will spend most of your day receiving and reviewing sales order, policy information and client information for completeness and work closely with sales to notify them of any outstanding issues/items. Make welcome calls to the client to establish a relationship with the client, set and reinforce expectations, confirm information and answer any questions the clients may have. Classify employees, owner/officers in all applicable systems to ensure accurate premium deductions. Be available to take client calls and service client through first premium impound ensuring all features have started prior to turnover to Client Service.
