Job summary

Terso Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist I to perform hands-on field deployments of PAR Excellence hardware and software. You will install equipment, train customers, and support onsite installations under supervision while building foundational technical skills.

Job Title: Implementation Specialist I

General Position Description

This entrylevel field implementation role focuses on building foundational technical skills, supporting onsite installations, and delivering customer training under guidance while progressing toward independent execution. Implementation Specialist I supports clients' needs related to the implementation, installation, and training of PAR Excellence hardware and software systems while maintaining high standards of customer service, accuracy, and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install PAR Excellence hardware as well as software ensuring proper operation of technology solutions
• Provide technology implementation and support of customer accounts
• Provide product training for both hardware and software
• Work with Technical Support to assist with resolving issues while on-site
• Assist with system configuration data, including par levels and units of measure, to support accurate installation and system functionality
• Support and assist with training activities for new Implementation Specialists under the guidance of senior implementation staff

Required Education, Credentials and Experience

• Prior experience in healthcare supply chain, hospital operations, or healthcare equipment installation is preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance with PAR clients, including government accounts
