Job summary

PCI Federal Services (PCIFS) seeks an Implementation / Translation Scientist SME to lead implementation-science and evidence-translation support for DNPAO programs. You will apply frameworks such as RE-AIM, CFIR, PRISM, or EPIS to nutrition, physical activity, and obesity-prevention initiatives, assess barriers, and guide strategies to sustain and scale effective interventions.

You will mentor staff, facilitate learning collaboratives, and develop fidelity tools while contributing to scale-up

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in implementation science, dissemination, or evidence translation.
• Experience applying established frameworks in health program settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Guide selection and application of implementation-science frameworks.
• Assess barriers, readiness, fidelity, sustainability, scale-up, and spread.
• Develop strategies, logic models, driver diagrams, and fidelity tools.
• Conduct rapid evidence reviews and translate findings for practitioners.
• Deliver training, coaching, mentorship, and learning communities.
• Create case studies, briefs, presentations, and lessons learned.
