Paperless Parts is seeking an Implementation Project Manager II to drive enterprise SaaS implementations and guide manufacturers through digital transformations.

The role is based in Boston with hybrid on-site work (3 days/week) and requires travel to customer sites 1–3 times per month.

As an Implementation Project Manager II, you will drive enterprise SaaS implementations, guiding custom manufacturers through complex digital transformations. You will act as a consultative partner, aligning customer business operations with platform capabilities while navigating change management.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional engagements across customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and internal engineering teams. By balancing tactical project execution with strategic product expertise, you will ensure seamless software adoption and accelerate long-term customer value.
Salary range: $80,000-$130,000
