Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking an Implementation Operations Specialist to install, support, and troubleshoot the Oasis 360 Casino Management System for casino customers. You will configure user access, integrations with printers and card readers, and deliver classroom training on Oasis 360 modules.

You’ll also coordinate post-install reviews with internal teams to address issues and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products.
• Casino/gaming tech experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work variable shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain licenses in Aristocrat jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 software products at client sites.
• Collaborate with customer reps to plan system access and configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and card readers.
• Deliver classroom training on Oasis 360 modules and partner products.
• Schedule post-install meetings with Support, PMO, Product, and D&D to report issues.
• Monitor service activities and elevate issues to ensure customer happiness.
