Hazel is building the AI engine for wealth management that helps unlock 10x growth, efficiency and value for financial advisors and their clients in a regulated industry. Since its launch last September, Hazel has organically and rapidly grown its user base.

This role is hybrid, with four in-office days per week at our San Francisco FiDi location.
We’re hiring an Implementation Manager to own the technical onboarding experience for Hazel customers across SMB and mid-market wealth management firms.
This is an individual-contributor role for someone who can operate at the intersection of implementation, systems integration, data migration, and client enablement. You’ll serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding, helping firms connect their systems, establish clean source‑of‑truth data, and get operational quickly with Hazel.
This is a foundational hire; we expect to pay for proven capability. This role has a target compensation range of $150,000–$180,000 and competitive equity. Final level and compensation is individualized and will be determined based on overall experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
