Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Implementation Engineer – Process Focused to support the design, implementation, and optimization of warehouse and order management processes across customer operations. This role bridges warehouse operations and technology teams, with a strong emphasis on WMS/OMS configurations and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a background in WMS implementations and industrial engineering, and is comfortable traveling up to North America 60–75%.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in warehouse process design, industrial engineering, WMS implementation, or operations improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS/OMS strongly preferred.
• Experience with Tier-1 WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Infor, or similar.
• Experience supporting WMS implementations, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% across North America.
