Job summary

Goddard Systems LLC seeks an Implementation Consultant to join the Operations Excellence Team and roll out IT, curriculum, programming, and operational initiatives across the four regions. You will collaborate with the Regional Director to drive program deployment and assess performance across franchises.

The role involves building standards and tools, coaching franchise consultants and school leaders, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance school operations and family experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; at least 3 years franchising experience.
• Experience leading moderate to highly complex projects (scope, timeline, resources) or project management.
• Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the conduit between departments sharing innovative IT, curriculum, programming, and operational initiatives to enhance school performance.
• Build and deploy standards, programs and tools that elevate operational performance, protect the brand, and improve franchisee and family experience.
• Provide data analytics for projects within the Operations Excellence team.
