Job summary

Cotiviti, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant for its South Jordan, UT location. You will lead and support end-to-end implementation of healthcare data exchange and integration solutions, installing and overseeing Edifecs products for customers.

You will analyze requirements, design integration solutions, perform testing, and mentor internal teams. Telecommuting is available anywhere in the U.S., with 75% domestic travel for post-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Two years of enterprise software implementation experience.
• Experience implementing and operating enterprise applications built on the Java stack.
• Experience with full software lifecycle: development, release, environment configuration.
• Experience with waterfall and agile scrum methodologies.
• Experience with version control and delivery tools (Git, Bamboo, JIRA, Bitbucket, Freshdesk, Confluence).
• Two years in EDI mapping, processing and analysis including ANSI X12.
• Two years designing and building FHIR RESTful endpoints (R4+).
• Two years creating validation rulesets and error handling for inbound/outbound transactions.

Overview

Opening available for Implementation Consultant at Cotiviti, Inc. in South Jordan, UT.

Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end implementation of healthcare data exchange and integration solutions for Cotiviti’s product and analytics platforms. Install, configure, and oversee the implementation of Edifecs products for customers. Analyze business requirements, technical specifications, and healthcare data workflows to design appropriate implementation and integration solutions. Conduct unit, integration, and system testing using appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure data accuracy and platform stability. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data, integration, and production issues originating from internal teams or external clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and client-facing stakeholders, to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, implementation artifacts, and client-facing materials. Provide technical guidance and support to clients during onboarding, testing, and post-implementation phases. Mentor and train internal teams on Edifecs products and customer custom components. Continuously update technical and domain knowledge related to healthcare regulations, data standards, and integration technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related.
• Two (2) years of experience working in enterprise software solutions implementation.
• Work experience to include: Two (2) years of experience implementing and operating enterprise applications built on the Java technology stack, including production monitoring, performance tuning, and issue remediation
• Two (2) years of experience managing, developing, and deploying Java or middleware based applications across the full software lifecycle, including code development, release management, and environment configuration
• Two (2) years of experience using software life-cycle methodologies such as waterfall and agile scrum in developing products
• Two (2) years of experience using software engineering tools for configuration management, defect tracking, and unit testing
• Two (2) years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping, processing and analysis including ANSI X12 transaction flows
• Two (2) years of experience designing and building FHIR RESTful endpoints and profiles (R4 or later), including resource mapping and validation
• Two (2) years of experience creating and maintaining validation rulesets and error handling for inbound/outbound transactions, with automated regression testing
• Two (2) years of experience authoring and maintaining EDI companion guides and/or FHIR IGs (profiles, extensions, terminology bindings), including publication/versioning
• Two (2) years of experience deploying and operating integration server components (e.g., message brokers, API gateways, schedulers), including monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning
• Two (2) years of experience with version control, CI/CD, and delivery tools including Git, Bamboo, JIRA, Bitbucket, Freshdesk, and Confluence
• 75% domestic travel required to unanticipated customer sites throughout the U.S. for post sales implementation activities.

Base compensation ranges from at least $105,643. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
