DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Implementation Analyst II to implement and support IT solutions for various client sites nationwide. The role focuses on system setup, testing, training, and post-implementation support of predefined solutions such as Warehouse Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT similar field or equivalent 4 years work experience.
• Some knowledge of working in an IT environment, preferred
• Some knowledge of logistics and supply chain, preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports Supply Chain solutions within assigned DHL Supply Chain Division.
• Supports and ensures quality delivery of predefined IT solution(s) to support business needs, including system setup, testing, training and go-live support.
• Applies IT methodologies to ensure implementations are delivered in a consistent, repeatable method.
• Contributes to project plan estimation and status reporting.
