Job summary

Affordable Care, LLC, America\u2019s largest implant-focused dental support organization, seeks a DDS/DMD to join our Virginia network. We offer on-site denture lab support, state-of-the-art facilities, and a strong training environment to grow your surgical implant skills.

The position emphasizes a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, offering a competitive $200k–$400k annual pay, full medical/dental insurance, a 401(k) with match, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO plus

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Implant experience preferred but not required.
• Surgical experience with complex cases highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health.
• Consult, diagnose, plan and care for patients in our removable prosthetic and implant focused practice.
• Assist with the provision of removable prosthetics and extraction services, as well as the necessary steps involved with each service.
• Work closely with our on-site lab to design dentures and partials for patients.
• Provide a variety of tooth replacement options to patients, including removable, fixed, and implant services.
• Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing professional developments.
