Equitable Advisors seeks individuals to join The Retirement Benefits Group in Dayton, OH, offering a structured path to becoming a licensed wealth manager through FINRA sponsorship and hands-on training.

You will engage with clients in schools and municipalities, educate them on a range of financial products, and coordinate services with mentorship from a local VP. A base salary plus commissions and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 (FINRA sponsorship provided).
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand your network within established markets.
