Travel within Southern California is required, with a starting wage of $25 per hour. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma, ACRE certification, and 1–2 years in job development for individuals with disabilities, plus strong MS Office skills

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; ACRE certification required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in job development with individuals with special needs or vocational rehabilitation.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/Outlook/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Complete the discovery process and develop a personalized plan for each client.
• Generate employment opportunities through employer contacts and community outreach.
• Complete paperwork and maintain client files and documentation.
• Provide transportation to clients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
