Qualifications

• Strong research, judgment, and discretion.
• Experience writing for a university president or similar leader preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft speeches, remarks, and talking points for the president.
• Capture the president's voice and adapt it for diverse audiences.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, memorable language.
• Develop themes and narratives across remarks and platforms.
• Conduct rigorous research across the university to surface people and stories.
• Identify opportunities to extend ideas into opinion pieces and digital formats.
• Support rehearsals and events, refining remarks from audience feedback.
• Other related duties as assigned.
