Candidates should be admitted to the California Bar and have 1–7 years of experience handling case management, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials in relevant matters.

• 1–7 years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Admission to the California Bar is required."

Responsibilities

• Manage toxic tort and environmental matters from case initiation through trial.
• Conduct discovery, motions, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategy.
