Responsibilities

• Evaluate and formulate treatment plans for OT/RT programs.
• Perform and document procedures per hospital policies.
• Assess patient functioning across cognition, ADLs, and engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in treatment planning.
• Respond to crises as trained, supporting safety.
• Foster positive patient interactions and patient-centered care.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to program improvement.
• Assist with orientation and serve as a resource for colleagues.
• Promote excellence in patient experience and high-quality care.
