The role requires a Bachelor's degree and Florida Educator's Certificate, with preferred Master's degree and ESOL/ESE endorsements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and valid Florida Educator's Certificate in a content area requiring a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred; ESOL/ESE certifications highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student academic performance and develop intervention plans.
• Maintain and accurately record student records and communications with parents.
• Collaborate with Success Coach and College/Career Facilitator on individualized career development.
• Deliver instructional programs using diverse methods to engage at‑risk students.
