Job summary

Qualifications

• Water Safety Instructor certification required.
• Lifeguard/CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years of swim instruction/educational or aquatic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and instruct individuals and small groups in swim lessons and safety.
• Teach across babies, preschool, and six levels of learn-to-swim courses.
• Assist with lifting students and ensuring proper technique throughout lessons.
• Follow Small Fish Big Fish teaching methods daily.
• Represent the school at community events to promote water safety.
