Job summary

SafeSplash Swim Schools in Colorado is seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors to deliver high-quality lessons using our proven curriculum. You will report to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager and help create a fun, safe learning environment for students of all ages.

Responsibilities include teaching according to the curriculum, tracking progress, and communicating with parents. This part-time, on-site role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED and First Aid certification or within 30 days of employment.
• SafeSplash curriculum training to be completed within first 30 days.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around water and with children for extended periods.
• Prior swim experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming using SafeSplash curriculum in a fun, engaging way.
• Provide ongoing feedback to students and parents on progress.
• Structure classes to maximize learning with repetition and new skills.
• Track daily skill progression and class placement.
• Conduct monthly Splash n Tell sessions for parents.
