Job summary

Professional Services Group & Community Impact Programs in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a part-time Supervised Visitation Worker for our Winnebago County programming. You will arrange, supervise, and transport visits for children in temporary foster care, working to ensure positive, developmental interactions.

Ideal for both experienced professionals and those new to the field. Evening and weekend hours are required, with mileage reimbursements and part-time benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Prior childcare or social work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 12 completed college credits toward a human services-related degree.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and supervise visits, observe interactions, and transport children to and from visits.
• Conduct safe, supervised visits with knowledge of child development.
• Monitor family interactions and provide feedback as needed.
• Safely transport individuals to and from visits.
• Intervene as an advocate for clients in emergencies/crisis situations.
• Provide documentation within established timeframes.
