Job summary

The Recovery Village in Ridgefield, WA, is seeking a Master’s level SUDP/SUDPT clinician to deliver expert group therapy, implement evidence-based curricula, and contribute to Master Treatment Plans. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary Treatment Team to coordinate discharge planning and ensure comprehensive care.

Position offers supervision if needed and a structured clinical schedule, with a focus on saving lives and helping patients rebuild their lives in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred.
• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• SUDP or SUDPT certification required.
• CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily group therapy to assigned patients per program curriculum.
• Ensure group attendance and deliver engaging content.
• Utilize substance use disorder and co-occurring therapies and de-escalation techniques.
• Assess patients for SUD, safety risks, and co-occurring mental health issues.
• Support aftercare planning with a multidisciplinary team.
