As a W-2 employee, you will receive weekly pay, paid training hours, and reimbursement for background checks. Candidates with teaching credentials or a 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits required.
• Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor.
• State & federal background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in classroom, playground, or cafeteria.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions per lesson plans.
• Communicate clearly with school staff.
• Leave notes or feedback for the returning teacher.
