Responsibilities

• Execute lesson plans aligned with teacher guidelines and school curriculum.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular Teacher to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Manage the classroom effectively to encourage participation and minimize distractions.
• Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of individual students.
• Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including halls and cafeteria.
• Provide in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plan.
• For long-term substitutes: develop lesson plans consistent with past plans.
• Maintain schedule availability to accept opportunities that arise.
• Uphold an orderly classroom environment and provide a positive learning experience.
• Familiarize yourself with emergency protocols such as fire drills and lockdowns.
• Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
