Qualifications

2+ years working with students as a teacher or teaching assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher.
Maintain a positive and orderly learning environment.
Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, lunch areas, playgrounds, and other locations.
Provide instructional support and facilitate activities.
Communicate with staff regarding student needs, attendance, or behavior issues.
Leave detailed notes for the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress.
Adapt teaching methods or provide materials to support understanding.
Report incidents or disciplinary issues to appropriate staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
