Job summary

The role oversees daily operations, budgeting, scheduling, safety and community engagement, ensuring policy compliance and goals are met. Associates degree or equivalent experience, plus Windows/Microsoft Office skills; forklift cert may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent managerial experience required.
• Forklift certification if required at site.
• Flexible schedule with at least one closing shift per week and every other weekend.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store and donation operations; manages staff and policies.
• Maintains operating budget; reports budget performance and metrics.
• Develops talent through training and staffing within the team.
