Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language disorders across a supportive, patient-centered environment. You will design individualized plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapies to maximize communication outcomes.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required or eligible.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Educación

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Bachelor's degree with field experience
