Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop personalized plans, assess progress, and adjust therapies to maximize outcomes in a supportive inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Certification of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
