Qualifications

• Arkansas CCC-SLP licensure; provisional license eligibility and CFY plan within 30 days of hire if a new graduate.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluation of patient status and implement appropriate plan of care.
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Communicate the patient’s status with all necessary members of the patient’s care team and coordinate care plan.
• Communicate with physicians, or their staff, to coordinate appropriate care.
