Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and administer personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Identify issues and modify therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance and progress.
