Qualifications

  • Licensed by the State of Washington as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, direct and administer speech/language pathology evaluation and intervention.
  • Administer treatments to restore function and prevent disability.
  • Help patients reach maximum performance and functioning within their capabilities.
  • Develop clinical programs for optimum patient care and service.
  • Participate in department operations, performance improvement and quality efforts.
  • Contribute to budgeting and evaluate departmental performance.
  • Ensure patient charges and documentation are accurate and timely.
  • Participate in infection control, equipment training, compliance and safety programs.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
