Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet patient-specific goals.
• Assess patient response and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain patient records per policies and procedures.
• Meet productivity expectations related to access to care, patient experience and quality.
• Assist in program development to meet patient and community needs.
