El Camino Health in Mountain View is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive screening, evaluation and treatment of speech, language, voice, cognition and swallow disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role requires California licensure, CCC or CF supervision, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team; staff may float between campuses and adhere to El Camino Health's We Care values.

Formación

• Completion of Accredited Speech-Language Pathology Program; Masters Degree required.
• For Outpatient SLPs: Demonstrated proficiency in video swallow studies (VFSS/MBSS) within six (6)months of hire.
• For Inpatient SLPs: Demonstrated proficiency in both VFSS/MBSS six (6) months and FEES within one (1) year of hire)

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with other members of the healthcare team to promote optimum patient rehabilitation.
• Provides Speech-Language Pathology services as defined by the California Speech-Language Pathology Practice Act, applying screening, evaluation, and treatment of disorders of speech, voice, cognition, language, and swallow.
• Exhibit accountability for departmental daily operations, including fulfilling charge duties as requested.
• The SLP will float between campuses enterprise-wide.
