Qualifications
Licensed in the state(s) to practice as a Speech/Language Pathologist.
Certified by American Speech Language Hearing Association.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
Develop effective treatment plans.
Communicate pertinent information concerning patient’s progress.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Record evaluations and treatment notes.
Instruct patient’s families in maintenance programs.
