Somerset Subacute Rehab in El Cajon, CA is seeking a dedicated Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team and make a meaningful impact. We offer competitive compensation and a supportive workplace where your contributions are truly valued.

Salary ranges include $45-50/hour for SLP-CFY and $50-55/hour for SLP-CCC based on experience. Licensed SLP required; open to applicants of all experience levels. Benefits programs are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.
• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive/ADL disorders and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan (ADL retraining, exercises, modalities).
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Document discharge summaries per requirements.
• Communicate progress with supervisor and health team members.
