Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist - PT to join our growing team in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. This part-time role offers schedule flexibility, mentorship, and professional development.

You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with the team, maintain documentation, and ensure physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
