San Juan Unified School District invites applications for permanent, full-time positions at the Bella Vista/Sylvan site. The salary schedule for fully credentialed staff ranges from $60,000 to $126,000 annually, with internal placement on Column 5 and external candidates up to Column 4.

For the 2026-27 year, additional stipends are offered: $5,000–$14,000 for hard-to-staff Special Education roles; $2,000 for counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian; $3,000 for advanced degrees;

For the 2026-27 school year, various opportunities for additional pay include the following:

• $5,000 - $14,000 annual stipends for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
• $2,000 annual stipends for the hard-to-staff positions of counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian
• $3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
• $1,000 - $4,500 annual stipends for various extra-curricular activities
• $1,500 - $6,000 annual stipends for various "leadership" roles
