East Noble School Corporation is hiring a Special Education Instructional Assistant for the Applied Skills classroom at East Noble High School. The role is 7 hours per day, Monday–Friday when school is in session, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Starting wage is $18.35 per hour, annualized and paid 24 times per year. The assistant will support students in various groupings, maintain confidentiality, and participate in planning and training.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits or an associate's degree or paraprofessional certification are required or acceptable.
• Willingness to obtain paraprofessional certification is accepted.
• Candidates must meet one of the listed educational requirements to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Attend required trainings and apply them in the classroom.
• Work with students one-on-one or in groups.
• Assist with student documentation and supervision.
• Communicate regularly with students and staff; participate in team planning.
