Job summary

Winnacunnet Cooperative High School is seeking a Special Educator/Case Manager for the 26-27 school year. You will provide specialized instruction in reading, writing, math and executive functioning, and participate in co- teaching, IEP development, progress reporting, and transition planning.

You will also handle paperwork, coordinate with regular education teachers, service providers and administrators, and participate in professional development, curriculum development and assessment

Qualifications

• NH Special Education certification is required.
• Provide specialized instruction in reading, writing, math and executive functioning.
• Co-teaching; writing IEPs, progress reports and transition plans.
• Documentation and paperwork.
• Collaborate with regular education teachers, related service providers and administrators.
• Participates in professional development, curriculum development, assessment and evaluation.
• Attends and coordinates IEP meetings.
