InnovateLab in Oklahoma City is seeking a Software Engineer who thrives on hard problems in Microsoft Azure and Django. You’ll tackle flaky tests, bridge GitLab CI and Laravel, and ship fixes that delight customers the same day they report them.

We expect about 5 years of experience, the ability to mentor mid-level teammates, and comfort with remote arrangements in a fast-paced, zero-bureaucracy environment. Health coverage and internal growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with Django and Laravel.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI.
• Azure experience or familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to mentor mid-level teammates.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Resurrect flaky Django tests to restore Oklahoma City suite reliability.
• Bridge GitLab CI and Laravel for platform integration.
• Ship fixes to InnovateLab customers the same day they report them.
• Prototype rough Webpack ideas and decide which to adopt.
• Keep Django dependencies patched to prevent CVEs.
• Build internal tooling to boost developer productivity.
