As a lifeline in behavioral health, you will collaborate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and techs to deliver trauma-informed care and guide families through challenging times.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required.
• Limited licensure accepted (LMSW/LCSW/LSW).
• We welcome new grads and provide licensure supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Support families during challenging times and provide crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and staff to deliver multidisciplinary care.
• Lead group sessions to educate, motivate, and empower patients.
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of placements.
