Job summary

Ami Network is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA for a temporary role (~13 weeks) offering $60–$65/hour. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active CA SLP license required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and payer sources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Developing treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Providing skilled therapy services and reassessment.

Skills

Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing in CA

1+ year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Education

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
