Fiberhire in Franklin, MA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive therapy to patients, including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services within an interdisciplinary rehab team.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology,MA license, and CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred. This full-time role offers up to $125,000 annually plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required/active.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required as applicable.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required as applicable.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy as per plans.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment accordingly.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and staff on communication and swallowing safety.
