Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and GA licensure required.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to assess and create personalized care plans for residents.

Responsibilities

• Complies with facility policies for documenting, billing and coding SLP services.
• Provides resident information for assessments and observations during defined periods.
• Gathers information on prior functioning and cognition as required for Medicare residents.
