Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem coverage to help individuals improve communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life. Join a team delivering expert care with innovative therapy approaches in a supportive setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide therapy across ages and conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required or eligible.
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Create individualized treatment plans aligned to patient goals.
• Deliver therapy for communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
