Responsibilities

• Prepares yearly instructional outlines and daily lesson plans for relevant units, specifying objectives, activities and evaluative methods.
• Teaches students using appropriate instructional methods to develop cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills.
• Continuously evaluates progress using standardized tests and other evaluation instruments; uses alternative instruction as needed.
• Maintains progress reports to parents and keeps required records.
• Maintains class control and conducts counseling within established guidelines.
