ACM Staffers is seeking a compassionate School Social Worker to provide social-emotional and behavioral support in a school-based setting. Work with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to identify barriers and deliver interventions.

The role involves counseling, IEP/504 participation, crisis support, and coordination with school and community resources, while maintaining confidentiality and compliant documentation.

Competenze

• Master’s in Social Work; state licensure/credential required for school-based role.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred; clinical experience considered.

Mansioni

• Provide individual and small-group counseling to students.
• Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs.
• Annotate assessments and contribute to interventions.
• Participate in IEP, 504, or Student Support Team meetings.
• Develop and monitor social-emotional and behavioral goals.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Collaborate with school staff, psychologists, counselors, and related providers.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about student needs and progress.
